I'm a product designer who measures work by what ships and what it moves. Over 5 years at Lowe's, I've led end-to-end design on systems used by tens of millions of customers — generating $257M+ in attributed revenue across navigation, search, e-commerce, and internal tooling.
I work best on hard, ambiguous problems where research, systems thinking, and strong craft all have to show up at the same time. I'm currently a Sr. Product Designer at Lowe's — where I've spent the last four years designing for one of the largest retail platforms in the country.
Every project I take on has a measurable goal attached before design starts — a conversion rate to move, a task completion time to cut, a customer problem to resolve. I use that outcome as the north star through every decision: what gets tested, what gets cut, what ships.
This discipline comes from years of designing at retail scale, where a single basis-point shift in conversion rates represents millions of dollars. That context sharpens instincts fast.
I don't present work as deliverables — I present it as a hypothesis, and follow it through to the data.
Led the design of a new creator storefront, delivering a consistent, responsive experience across desktop, tablet, mobile web and apps. Created and standardized mid-funnel templates and components, improving design consistency and accelerating team workflow.
Led end-to-end design across navigation, search, e-commerce, and internal tooling — generating $257M+ in attributed incremental revenue. Key projects: Masthead & Navigation Redesign ($117.3M), Dynamic Visual Navigation ($69M), PLP tile standardization ($70.5M), in-house chatbot platform (1.5B visits), and Exception Pricing Tool.
Designed a no-code web application enabling users to build and manage chatbots without technical knowledge. Planned, ran, and synthesized ongoing user research to guide product decisions. Facilitated design workshops and conducted usability testing using interactive Framer prototypes.
Produced low- to high-fidelity designs for custom software products across multiple client projects. Led user research to understand workflows and identify key pain points. Ran usability testing to validate solutions and ensure delivered designs met user needs.
